Michael Edwards began his building career as an apprentice carpenter in 1980. Working during the day and studying at night, Michael completed the four year “Clerk Of Works” course and become a self employed, licensed builder at the age of 21.

Celebrating 30 years in the building industry, Michael has enjoyed all aspects of construction and design, in particular challenging jobs that other builders are reluctant to tackle. Most recently he has become involved in all aspects of sustainable housing and is now an accredited HIA “GreenSmart builder”.

Michael has trained more than ten apprentices over the past twenty years and is extremely proud that these individuals are excellent tradesmen and builders in their own right. The outstanding finished results have always been a team effort and Michael credits his building success to the loyal carpenters, trades and admin staff that have worked with him for many years.

Michael hopes to continue his building career for many years to come, servicing the community with pride.
